Jahnavi Ma’am has been my first mentor and she will always be my mentor ALWAYS! I still remember the day I first met her for my interview at Riverside and her warm smile made me feel comfortable and that’s where my learning journey began. She has been a one go person for me be it a personal or a professional concern. She is the most empathetic person I have known. She has a plethora of knowledge and she has an abundance mentality which enables her to share all her learning with others which adds value to others lives as well. She is a very approachable person, who would lend you a listening ear and hear you without any judgement. She has been a perfect combination of firm and loving mentor who has shaped me to be the person I am today.
