Welcome to Edify

Edify consultants provides advisory and consultancy services for starting a Pre-School, Designing customized curriculum, hiring and training leaders and teachers for various pedagogical approaches. There is a dearth of quailty education in the country with only a handful of schools giving high quality education. Our aim is to empower school management develop a model where leaders and teachers align with the school vision, create a shared leadership environment. A team that consistently refines and redesigns curriculum & instruction based on data and student needs.
I have been in the field of education for more than 25 years. After earning a formal degree in Education, I have done an online course on Multiple Intelligences from Harvard University and attended Professional Development Programs on PYP, Visible Thinking, Differentiated Instruction etc. to name a few. I have worked with the Riverside School, Ahmedabad for the past 20 years in the capacity of a teacher, School Leader, Curriculum Designer and Teacher Trainer. In my capacity as a trainer, I’ve conducted workshops and trained teachers and school leaders in various organisation across India and internationally.
From 2019, I freelance as an Education Consultant, primarily working with school leaders and teachers for Vision setting, curriculum design, teacher recruitment, lesson planning and pedagogy. Additionally, I conduct standalone workshops on various topics customizing them to the need of the organisation. Currently, I am associated with some reputed schools of Ahmedabad like the GGIS school, Shivashish school, Likha Pre-Primary School and Kuku’s Nest Forest school. Apart from this, I have designed theme-based programs for some after school centres as well, for the age-group of 3 to 13 year olds.
